Privacy Policy

ELSA YRANZO ROJAS (hereinafter, ELSA YRANZO), holder of Spanish tax ID N.I.F. 46702176D and with address for these purposes at calle Montseny, número 18 bajos, 08915 Badalona, Spain, is the owner of the website www.elsayranzo.com (hereinafter, “the portal or website”), and complies with the current regulations on the protection of personal data: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPD).

Data requested and purpose of processing

The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data they send to ELSA YRANZO, releasing ELSA YRANZO from any liability in this regard.

ELSA YRANZO informs that the data voluntarily provided by the User will be incorporated into its information systems for the following purposes:

  • Where information is requested through the website forms, to send information about the enquiry made (name, surname and email address), with the corresponding legal basis being the pre-contractual relationship between the parties.
  • In the case of subscription, to send newsletters as well as commercial communications with promotions and/or advertising relating to the Website (name and email address), with the corresponding legal basis being the consent of the data subject.
  • Where goods and/or services offered through the Website are contracted, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service offered, with the corresponding legal basis being the contractual relationship between the parties.

By entering their data, the User gives unequivocal consent to ELSA YRANZO, declaring that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, and accepting and consenting to the automated processing thereof for the purposes stated above. Failure to provide the personal data requested, or failure to accept this data protection policy, makes it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about the products and services of ELSA YRANZO.

Data processors

ELSA YRANZO informs that it will not transfer personal data to third parties, except where legally required. However, should data be transferred to a third party, prior information would be given requesting express consent for such transfer. Entities involved at any stage of the processing are obliged to observe professional secrecy and to adopt the levels of protection and the technical and organisational measures available to them to guarantee the security of personal data. As data processors, ELSA YRANZO has contracted, among others, the following service providers, which have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations:

  • Google LLC, with address at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, 94043, Mountain View (California), United States, which provides GSuite services, consisting of cloud computing and email services. Privacy policy: google.com/policies/privacy. Google participates in and has certified its compliance with the framework of the agreement between the United States and the European Union known as the Privacy Shield, having undertaken to subject all personal information received from European Union member states to the principles derived from the Privacy Shield.
  • Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp), with address at 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, which provides services for marketing campaigns. Privacy policy: mailchimp.com/legal/privacy. It participates in and has certified its compliance with the framework of the agreement between the United States and the European Union known as the Privacy Shield.

User rights

ELSA YRANZO guarantees the User, in all cases, the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, information and objection, restriction and portability, under the terms established by current legislation. Accordingly, the User may exercise their rights by sending an express request to the postal address indicated above and/or by sending an email to hola@elsayranzo.com, stating “Derechos ARCO” (data subject rights) in the subject line and attaching a copy of their identity document. The User also has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they consider that their data protection rights may have been infringed, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD), at calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through the AEPD electronic office: sedeagpd.gob.es.

Duration of processing

The data provided by the User will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and/or for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided. When it is no longer necessary for such purpose, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee its pseudonymisation or total destruction. ELSA YRANZO reserves the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments.
