Primitive Contatto is a gastronomic experience designed and produced by Elsa Yranzo, in collaboration with Giulia Soldati, for the executive team of Macallan Distillery. The proposal responds to a global need: to re-establish contact with other people, with the land and with food.
What happens when we remove plates and utensils and design food to be experienced directly with the hands?
In this experience, hands became the true protagonists: sensitive tools capable of perceiving textures, temperatures and consistencies even before the first bite.
The ingredients were guided by the palm, the wrist and the fingertips, generating a physical and emotional connection with every gesture.
