Passeu'23, A Home for Business and Technology, was the first major gathering organised by ACCIÓ, Generalitat de Catalunya, aimed at foreign companies, with the goal of positioning Catalonia as a host territory for innovation and investment.
Our way of welcoming, hosting, thanking and caring for those who arrived was through a universal language: food, which, as Ferran Adrià said, is "the biggest social network in the world."
The ideas and values of the gathering were translated into edible pieces designed specially for the event. The Teatre Nacional de Catalunya became a disruptive institutional stage, where gastronomy shaped the narrative and gave rise to an environment of conversation, tasting and culinary experimentation.
